10 Step Goal-Setting Process.
No Limits No Excuses.
1) Think about what you want and write it down.
2) Decide EXACTLY what you want and write it down.
3) Make sure your goal is measurable.
4) Identify the specific reasons that you want to achieve this goal and write them down.
5) Establish a definite date for accomplishment of your gaol and write it down.
6) Create a list of action steps that you need to take to accomplish your goal and write it down.
7) Create an action plan from your list of action steps and write it down.
8) Take Action
9) Do something every day
10) View your goals as often as possible
To finish a quote from the great Ralph Waldo Emerson
Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could; some blunders and absurdities have crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; you shall begin it serenely and with too high aspirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense.
Now, that's some excellent advice to live by. Give it a try!

Don’t Quit
When things go wrong as they sometimes will
When the road you’re trudging seems all up hill
When the funds are low and the debts are high
And you want to smile but you have to sigh
When care is pressing you down a bit
Rest if you must, but don’t quit
Life is queer with its twists and turns
As everyone of us at sometimes learns
And many a fellow turns about
When he might have won if he’d stuck it out
Don’t give up through the pace seems slow
You may succeed with another blow
Often the goal is nearer than it seems
To a faint and faltering man
Often the struggle has given up
When he might have captured the victor’s cup
When he learned too late when the night came
How close he was to the golden crown
Success is failure turned inside out
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt
And you never can tell how close you are
It may be near when it seems afar
So stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit
It’s when things seem worse that you mustn’t quite
When things go wrong as they sometimes will
When the road you’re trudging seems all up hill
When the funds are low and the debts are high
And you want to smile but you have to sigh
When care is pressing you down a bit

Why Write an E-Book
Why Write an E-Book
Many people want to start up in business maybe working from home on the internet, or a bricks and mortar business? For me the next step on my journey is to turn my book into an e-book. Publishing an e-book is entirely different than publishing your book in print. So let's take a look at the specifics of how the print and cyber publishing industry differ, and the many reasons why you should take the plunge and get your fingers tapping across those keyboards!
Submitting a print book to conventional publishing houses or to agents is similar to wearing a hair shirt 24/7 a nightmare. No matter how good your book actually is, or how many critique services and mentor writers have told you that "you've got what it takes," your submitted manuscript could keep coming back to you as if it is a boomerang instead of a valuable mine of information.
Perhaps, in desperation, you've checked out self-publishing and found out just how expensive a venture it can be. Most "vanity presses" require minimal print runs of at least 500 copies, and even that amount will cost you thousands of dollars. Some presses' minimal run starts at 1,000 to 2,000 copies. And that's just for the printing and binding. Add in distribution, shipping, and promotional costs and - well, you do the math. Even if you wanted to go this route, you may not have that kind of money to risk.
It's not true that everything that has been said has already been written. Since that unfortunate idea came into use, the whole universe has changed. Technology has changed, ideas have changed, and the mindsets of entire nations have changed.
What the publishing industry needs are people who can tap into the world as it is today – innovative thinkers who can make the leap into the new millennium and figure out how to solve old problems in a new way. E-books are not entirely a new idea, but they are a powerful tool for original thinkers with fresh ideas to disseminate information to the millions of people who are struggling to figure out how to do all sorts of different things.
If you already have a good idea, and the knowledge to back it up that will enable you to write an exceptional e-book. You may be sitting at your computer staring at a blank screen wondering, "Why? Why should I go through all the trouble of writing my e-book when it's so impossible to get anything published these days?
Well let's say you already have an Internet business with a quality website and a quality product. An e-book is one of the most powerful ways to promote your business while educating people with the knowledge you already possess as a business owner of a specific product or service.
For example, say that you've spent the last twenty-five years growing and training bonsai trees, and now you're ready to share your knowledge and experience. An e-book would be a perfect way to reach the largest audience of bonsai enthusiasts.
E-books will not only promote your business - they will help you make a name for yourself and your company, and establish you as an expert in your field. You may even find that you have enough to say to warrant a series of e-books. Specific businesses are complicated and often require the different aspects to be divided in order for the reader to get the full story.

Points to Consider When Starting A Work At Home Business
When the opportunity arises to start a work at home business there are several points to consider before beginning. These points can make a work at home business run more smoothly, save money and bring success. Planning is very important when starting a work at home business.
The first thing to consider is what kind of business to start. What kind of products or services will likely be sold? Is it a product you’re selling for someone else or is it your own invention? Is it a service you will perform yourself or are there others that will do this? Will it be an online program? Finding the right niche is very important and everything will revolve around this.
Second, where will this business be located? It is important to have a space for this purpose and only this purpose. Preferably a separate room with a door that can be closed for quiet and privacy. There needs to be enough room for a desk and any other furniture you desire. Also, if there are products that must be kept in your office, make sure you have the room to store them. If you make your own product, make sure you have a space for this purpose so everything can be organized and streamlined. The worst thing is being unorganized. It wastes time and time is money.
Third is budget. What kind of budget can you work with? With every business, whether it be online or brick and mortar, there comes cost. Cost to make the product, advertising, any kind of monthly fee for programs you are involved with, even the internet connection. Consider any kind of furniture or office supplies that are needed. A monthly budget must be laid out so over spending can be avoided. Do not take on more than can be afforded.
Fourth is advertising. Consider the type of advertising you like. Some may like running ads in newspapers and others may prefer solo ads in online ezines. Whatever you decide, make an advertising plan and stick to it. Make sure it is within the budget you set up though.
Time is the fifth point to consider. If a job is still held outside the home until the home business becomes successful, make sure there is sufficient time to work on the home business. Balancing work, home and children is hard enough. Trying to build a home business on top of all that may be challenging. Set a schedule that is realistic and follow it. Don’t forget to schedule some down time too. You’ll need to relax and spend time with family.
After considering these points you can create a plan and start building your own successful work at home business.

Part 3 Feel the Fear
Sourcing the root cause beliefs behind your fears and dealing with those,
many of your fears will DISAPPEAR!
This is because your beliefs create your reality.
The problem is, so many of our beliefs go unacknowledged and
remain as falsely accepted assumptions about 'the way life is'.
Yet the way life is, is a reflection of these beliefs!
Your fears are one way of discovering what some of those beliefs are!
Fear is something we so often run from or repress, and yet none the
less negatively impacts our lives, the choices we make, how we behave, etc.
Our fears hold us back, often without realizing that's what's happening.
Fear can also lure your focus to what you don't want, where you start
paying attention to negative possibilities and scenarios, rather than
those you do want.
Some fears are buried and repressed, be it the fear of loss, commitment,
intimacy, betrayal, heartbreak, death, loneliness, and so on, yet may be
shaping your choices and decisions all the same.
Fear can keep you from shining, from being authentic, giving and receiving,
from success, expressing your true self, and reaching for and living your
brightest dreams.
Rather than run from your fears, stand and wipe the mirror instead!
What you will see is a beautiful loving person staring back at you.
That being is YOU!
And that person is a powerful creator!
You can create a happy love and joy-filled life।
